CulturePolis who led the European EUROTHENTICA/DIVERTIMENTO, COSME co-funded project,

was selected to be hosted at the European Commission Stand (Hall 18)

at Berlin International Tourism Fair 2018 (ITB Berlin)!

CulturePolis was chosen out of 50 applications in the framework of the Europe-China Tourism Year 2018 (http://ecty2018.org/ to promote an innovative approach to tourism and the promotion of cultural heritage, combining on the one hand,

• the EUROTHENTICA trilogy: Authentic monument story telling – eBook – cultural game, which is the result of the European DIVERTIMENTO / COSME co-funded project, completed in 2017 (http://divertimentoenterprise.eu/index.php/eurothentica),

and on the other,

• the TripinView (www.tripinview.com) platform that covers synched aerial photography and video across the entire Mediterranean coastline (40.000 km), developed by GEOTAG Aeroview SA

CulturePolis representatives, in addition to their presence at the European Commission stand, will participate in closed B2B Networking Partnerships with Chinese and American tourism entrepreneurs in the framework of the Partnerships for European Tourism program as well as in other similar events with European tour operators and tourism organizations from different countries and areas where among others they will present an innovative travel content service named Aeroviewer (www.aeroviewer.com).

Eurothentica is moving in 2018 to the next level with follow-up steps to address the international tourism market focusing on the promotion of European municipalities/cities and regions with coastlines and more, so that to create a cultural tourism package based on selected respective regional Cultural Routes and their aerial visual content promotion for increase their visibility.
