In the framework of WTD project, UBBSLA launched Call for local projects on October 22nd, 2013 in Bulgaria. Mini re-granting scheme was strictly organized by UBBSLA following ALDA mini-grants guidelines. UBBSLA used every opportunity to spread the Call for local project on national level.
