The purpose of the international conference, organized by UBBSLA, was not only to share good initiatives, but also to show the commitment and role of the local authorities in the process of including the citizens and tourists who visited our country in environmental protection initiatives. This is precisely the understanding of the CLAIRE project, that the implementation of the Green Deal for environmental protection and sustainable development requires the participation of all EU member states, as well as cooperation between the public and private sectors.
