First meeting of working young people from three European countries
The first training for young people aged between 18 and 30 living in the municipalities participating in the project Youth 2 Youth: youth creative thinking as entrepreneurial input (Y2Y) was held from 8 to 12 April 2019 in the Campus of the European Youth Center (Centro Giovanile Europeo Ceulaj) in Malaga, Spain. Host of the event was the Italian organization Associazione per la Mobilitazione Sociale Onlus (AMS) with the logistic support of the Spanish partner FAMP. The purpose of the five-day exchange was to train actively working young people from the public and private social sector how to manage their life skills and entrepreneurial competences in an innovative way.
18 selected young people from Bulgaria, Spain and Italy went through intensive training sessions aimed at developing communication, relational, group and creative skills and work in the field of youth policy. The training sessions were accompanied by institutional meetings with mayors, young Spanish entrepreneurs, etc.
Following this international meeting, the youngsters involved, who are already well-prepared, will have a decisive role at a later stage in the implementation of the project. They will support young people in their countries by inspiring and promoting their creative ideas, by supporting partner organizations Associazione per la Mobilitazione Sociale Onlus (AMS) – Italy, Federación Andaluza de Municipios y Provincias (FAMP) – Spain and the Association of Bulgarian Black Sea Municipalities ABCDE) in their work with young people at national level.

"This trip was an unforgettable experience for me!
First, because I was in Spain for the first time and I had this opportunity
to touch the Spanish culture, architecture and nature.
Training in Molina fully met my expectations.
The discussions were focused on us, the young people, and
how to build our good future.
How to be satisfied with life and successful in business!
The most interesting topics for me were: the formula for happiness,
motivation and how to build a clear strategy and vision for business and development.
It is impossible not to mention the warm hospitality of the Spanish people and the unforgettable moments with the Italians!♡„
„The trip to Spain brought me a bouquet of good experiences and valuable knowledge. The lessons learned there will help me in my future development, because it has shown me how to define the important things for me and how to achieve them. I managed to create many new and useful friendships. I met the culture and the history of the area, I visited many beautiful sights and stayed with an impressive impression of Spain. I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to participate in this project because it filled me with good memories and positive emotions„ DONA, 19 years old
